I did like working with Abbey and most everything was great. She answered all my many questions and never made me feel like a pest for asking. The only negative was that we missed our appraisal deadline twice. I don't think that was Abbey's fault, so I hate to give negative ratings to her, but I was not happy with that experience and I would hesitate to use Fairway in the future because of it. We were in the position to absorb whatever issue came from an under-appraisal, but I don't know that we will be next time and it was in general just very stressful.
