I called Grant on a whim in a moment of desperation, exasperated with a bank we had been working with for 9+ months in attempt to refinance with a home renovation loan and it was going nowhere. The reason I’d gave an OK because the loan paperwork should have been locked in on a Friday instead of Monday. The interest rate went from 3.1 to 3.3 the difference in payment is between $75-$85.
