Jeff was great. The underwriting process was a pain point. I felt like they bugged my colleague in HR too much for a minor detail. I would get asked for things, reply promptly, and then be asked to do it again days later because of some important detail they left out of the request the first time. The final documents for closing came in late, we were waiting at the attorneys office before they were emailed, I didn’t have time to even read what I signed. Overall some of the steps were messy and mildly frustrating
