A native to the Roaring Fork Valley, Kimmy has a unique sense of community and an understanding of Western Colorado. As a child she was raised on a horse farm in Silt, Colorado, where she competed in equestrian show jumping. Her family was involved in the restaurant business her entire life, including Charlemagne and Grill in the Park in Aspen, Bella Mia in El Jebel, and Sapphire Grille in Glenwood Springs.
Hard work and creative problem solving are ingrained in her core. After attending college at Arizona State University where she studied Economics, Kimmy returned to the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley and began working for a real estate law firm in Aspen. Her experience working with title companies, real estate agents, buyers and sellers, and many others in the business paved the path for her entry into lending. Problem solving and helping members of her community are what give her drive each day.
Kimmy is passionate about hiking, and some of her best thinking and strategic solutions are derived as she is at high altitude in the fresh air. Understanding a client’s goals are the center of how Kimmy operates, and she will go the extra mile to achieve success.
