I have over a decade of experience and came into mortgages right after the ‘08 crash. After witnessing some of the shady practices done by previous loan officers, I was determined to ensure my process was candid.

I love poking holes in other bankers’ statements who continue to lie or misrepresent numbers even today. As part of my can did mortgage process, I ensure you know all your rights as a consumer and love to reference the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau directly when discussing terms and numbers. After working for the big banks for over a decade, I have seen the only way is the Fair Way and working with a local mortgage company.After discovering Fairway Cares & the American Warrior Initiative, I knew my brother Andy Carver and I found our new home. We now run the Team CarverFairway Independent Mortgage Corp. branch together and promote a candid experience, which is why we created our podcast, Candid Mortgage Talk, to ensure all our clients are well informed and have the resources they need to be successful in carving their next dream.

I love to give back. I spend every other Wednesday volunteering at St. Mary’s Food Bank with other members from Team Carver. You can find me at a Phoenix Metro Chambers Foundation or PACC911 event as well! I love getting involved in multiple foundations across the city and always looking for my next big way to help others including our furry friends. I am very passionate about our youth and education. I have a family life outside of work with three kids; my15-year-old son, and two daughters — 12 and 8. Family is important to me. I spent several seasons coaching my son’s flag football team until we made it to the Championship Game. I love to get involved with the schools and attending all my kids’ events. We love to go boating and camping together as a family. We have been all over the U.S. and it’s my dream to continue to explore all the world has to offer. I love the flexibility this new age of technology brings us, allowing me to work while I travel. I love to vacation, but I almost never take a true vacation and always have my computer with me. So, if you ever need me, I am always available 24/7; life is a vacation.
