Brian Padelford is a Phoenix native and a highly experienced loan originator. He and his wife of 28 years, Karen, have four amazing kids, and together, they are all heavily involved in their local communities and dedicated to helping others. Brian has been in ministry since 1998, studied at college in Southern California, and has even planted a church in Dallas, Texas.

Brian’s passion for meeting people and making new friends led him to start a career as a loan originator in 2006, and he has enjoyed many years of successfully helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership since. Brian stays active in the community by coaching soccer, basketball and baseball. In his free time, Brian works with various capacities of local schools, businesses and churches. You may also catch him running or biking the mountain trails with his family and loved ones. You may also find him working on his ranch in William, Arizona!
