David has been an Illinois resident his entire lifetime and currently lives in Elmhurst, about 15 minutes southwest of downtown Chicago. He is a graduate of Purdue University (BOILER UP!) where he earned his B.S in aviation technology with a concentration in commercial flight. Due to an economic downturn early on in his career, David pursued an interest in information technology and ran his own successful IT consulting firm for over 15 years until making the decision to move into a career that offered him a better work/life balance.

Fast forward to today, David is an extremely detail-oriented, competent and successful mortgage loan officer working with Fairway IndependentMortgage out of their Elmhurst, Illinois branch.

“I feel that it is extremely important to have the opportunity…no, scratch that…make that the privilege to be able to live and work in the same community and to be able to serve the people that live in my community and surrounding areas,” David said.

When not working, David enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and also appreciates time spent reading and relaxing poolside or in front of a cozy fireplace.
