I believe that education and context are key when buying a home, whether it’s your first or your fifth. No matter your goals, you are undertaking a large purchase and you will want to understand the market your getting into and how real estate forms a corner stone for building wealth and financial stability. Home ownership is the American dream for a reason and it’s a lot more achievable than you might think(especially if you’re an elder Millenial like me).
