Justin Froiland has been in the mortgage industry for 7 years of which the last 5 have been at Fairway.  He thoroughly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, to which he has won an award for.  The last 3 years, Justin has been awarded ‘Loan Officer Of The Year’ from the SD Housing Development Authority.

Justin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the local Habitat for Humanity organization.  He had previously spent 6 years on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the Local Homebuilders Association.

He has a beautiful wife Nicole and 3 amazing daughters, Kinzie, Harper and Everly. Justin has grown up his whole life, in Brookings, SD.  He and his family absolutely love it here and enjoys helping families who want to plant roots there too.  In his spare time, you can find him hunting, fishing or at their lake cabin.  In short, if it involves the outdoors and his family… that’s where you will find him.
