I want to share a little bit about myself with you along with my experience in helping homeowners like yourself.

I am a San Diego native and have lived in Southern California all my life. I have worked in the lending industry for over a decade. With San Diego being a large military town, I’ve had the opportunity to assist many veterans with their home financing needs. I have assisted hundreds of homeowners with a range of mortgage products, but in all my years of experience, I have found my highest level of satisfaction as a loan officer was achieved by helping senior citizens accomplish their retirement goals. Ultimately, I shifted my business to strictly working with senior homeowners to make sure I can continue to give them my full focus and highest level of service.

My fiancé and I have been together for 10 years and we are lucky enough to say that we are first-time homeowners since August 2017!  Our current home loan is insured by FHA, just like all traditional reverse mortgage loans are. I would love to share my first-hand success story with you about my FHA loan process, so please do not hesitate to ask!

In my spare time, I enjoy oil painting and spending time with my family, which consists of my fiancé, my cat and my dog.  My cat, Zally, is nearly nine years old, while my dog, Cookie, is going on 11. I am just as passionate about helping senior citizens as I am about my family and my art.
