Taylor Fenske grew up locally here in Washington State where she graduated from Snohomish High School. She then went on to attend Western Washington University where she fulfilled her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (just a fancier name for exercise science).  With that said, she has always been committed to living an active, fun, and healthy lifestyle. She spent most of her younger years ski racing where she competed all over the West coast. Skiing is still an important part of her life and Steven’s pass will always hold a special place in her heart.

On another note, ever since Taylor was a little girl, she has dreamed of owning and renovating her own farmhouse similar to the one she grew up in. Growing up on a farm taught Taylor countless life lessons including the importance of accountability and punctuality. After graduating during COVID she realized that fitness training was an extremely hard business to get into seeing as most gyms were shut down. Since one of her biggest goals is to own a home, this sounded like the perfect time to dive into and learn about the home buying and mortgage processes. So with that said, she got her license and shortly after joined the Fairway IMC team!

With loan origination she is now able to continuously grow her mortgage knowledge and career to one day be able to purchase her own home while along the way helping others to achieve their home ownership goals as well.

Taylor's favorite facet of mortgage lending is the relationships and community that she gets to build daily. She is diligent, has great attention to detail and loves to engage with others.
