Gary took the confusion out of everything. These are complex topics and processes, and my wife and I have/had different levels of comprehension with different topics. Dan did a great job with my loan. He and his staff were very professional and had my loan sent for underwriting review and approval while doing my searches. Received conditional approval to provide to listing agents. Communication was great and Dan and his team handled everything and kept me updated on the progress and had a very successful closing. The e-signing process was great and my attorney enjoyed being able to review the review copies of the e-signed documents at the closing. Great job to Dan and his team!
