Eric Arthur Katsikas is a licensed mortgage loan originator who specializes in multi-family homes. He spent over 13 years working at a nuclear power plant, which required an attention to detail that has paid off in the mortgage industry. When it comes to purchasing a home, you want to make sure that every aspect of the contract is followed to the letter. Eric also has an impressive work ethic in order to ensure his customers get the white glove treatment, oftentimes meeting customers face to face when possible. “My favorite part of this job is the satisfaction of delivering the American dream to many future homeowners. I come from very humble roots and had to work extremely hard to achieve homeownership. I pride myself on being able to help great people out of the vicious circle of renting.”
As a landlord for over 10 years, Eric recognizes the hardships that renters go through, whether it’s the annual rent increases or the hardship for finding a rental unit that allows fur babies. “Pets are an incredible blessing in many families’ lives, including mine. I know how hard it can be for people to find a place to live that will allow them to keep their family whole. Often, homeownership is their only way.” Eric is willing to go the extra mile to ensure those who thought they would rent forever will get into a house that they can call a home. This drive to help others shows in his consistently high reviews from his customers on all the platforms he uses.
