Markita was excellent. First, she made herself available for a consultation and outlined how the process would go if we worked together. Everything happened exactly how she said it would. After I was preapproved, Markita sent me a personalized video highlighting my options and numbers. Two other lenders preapproved me but her presentation was so strong and well-put together, it made me want to work with her even more. No one else had that sort of presentation. At the time she wasn't licensed to write loans in West Virginia but said she would go through the necessary steps to get licensed and she did. She told me what information I would need and that's exactly what Beth Carney, her loan processor, asked for. Speaking of Beth, she was terrific as well. Markita made this an easy and smooth process. My Realtors were also very impressed with how the loan processing was handled and they also look forward to working with her again. I will recommend Markita, her team and Fairway to everyone I know.
