Ben is great at communicating throughout the entire process. It can sometimes be overwhelming to have to gather so many documents to get a loan but Ben makes everything very clear and easy to follow. When questions come up, he is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable.

Jesse is one of the most empathetic lenders I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He took the time to understand our unique situation and met us with compassion when our homebuying journey took unexpected turns. I cannot say enough good things about the care and attention we received from Jesse. Other lenders should aspire to combine expertise and compassion like Jesse does.

Noel was very responsive and always took the time to talk me through the process or things I didn't fully understand. I appreciate being treated with so much respect and attention to helping me work through the mortgage process. I definitely felt like Noel was helping me to get the best deal with mortgage rates and a financial situation I could afford, while helping me to purchase the home I was really wanting. One small issue that I had, if I could have put this at "mostly" great, I did feel like his assistant didn't always do her "homework" in her part of working with me. She would often confuse my accounts with financial institutions that I didn't bank with, and wasn't always clear with me on what she needed because of those errors. It just seemed demanding of requests without me understanding what she actually needed. I would have liked for her to have similar knowledge and background of my accounts and paperwork as Noel was so good with. It just became frustrating for me sometimes and took more of my personal time than it seems like it would have if she had stronger knowledge of everything. Noel was amazing with these aspects.

Jen kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end and was happy to answer any questions we had throughout. Her upbeat attitude and expertise was phenomenal for us as first time home buyers. She did a lot to alleviate our stress and concerns and for that we are greatly appreciative. Thanks, Jen!

Andy is a very receptive and compassionate individual. He and his team were so quick on everything! He took the time to explain how the mortgage system worked, and gave us several options with detail explanations for pros and cons. We started our loan process with Paige. She was very honest and helpful from the very beginning of the process, advising us to check back in a few months once we were ready. Once ready, we were unable to continue the process with Paige, as our builder required us to go through their lender first. They ended up dropping our loan a few days before our set closing date and did not communicate that to us. Our realtors immediately reached out to Paige, who started working on our file IMMEDIATELY. Paige and her team got us approved and closed in 6 days!
