Everything went well, and we got a good rate. One thing I didn't like was the problem with the seller credits at the end. That wasn't identified until very late in the process, and I had to scramble to figure out how to use the extra credits. Sarah helped, but it did seem like it may have an upsell opportunity - trying to get me to buy down the rate with points, and that wasn't in my favor at all.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. Linda and Jackie were more than willing to always answer our questions, at anytime of the day. My fiancé and I had no idea where to even begin with looking for a new house or how to start a loan process. They were very helpful and made everything easy!

It was very difficult for me for many reasons but mostly because of the amount of on-line way of now buying a house, getting a loan, wiring monies for closing, getting insurance, home inspection, appraisal, etc....I have chosen in my life not to have any more than necessary to rely on a computer.
