I was a bit disappointed by the pricing (origination fees and interest rate) for my loan. The first time I was under contract, I was able to get a significant decrease in interest rate by showing a competitors pricing - would have been nice to automatically receive that pricing. Unfortunately I did not close on that property, and when I did close on the next property, fairway was unable to match the same competitor’s price. The origination fees seemed average / higher than they need to be.
