As I was getting nervous with the entire process, Ms. Viragova was very accommodating to my feelings and helped to thoroughly explain the process step-by-step. She always made herself available when I had questions regarding the required documents, letting me know no question was “crazy”, and the goal was to understand everything before I signed anything. She called me before closing to let me know if I had questions she was available, and she called after the closing to make sure I understood all the documents I received.
