Becky answered all of our questions multiple times over and made sure we had access to any and all of the information about the process the whole way through. She also provided consistent, quick, and friendly communication!

Kelly was great about providing rates as they fluctuated. This is not her fault but I realized I could have gotten a slightly better rate with USAA or NFCU. However, I am not sure I would have had the same service.

The length of time and amount of paperwork needing resigning due to our variable income. Erin and the team did a great job at navigating this for us. It was OK just because of the length of time, and with waiting in between there were some gaps in communication. The team did a great job with a tricky circumstance.

Communication on next steps were great. Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered very quickly. I feel like Nancy worked hard to provide the best rate possible. I would highly recommend Nancy and her team.

Baron was fantastic! We had originally gone to SECU, who we bank with, and another mortgage lender referenced to us by the MD Mortgage Program. SECU was alright, but the second lender was very confusing and my partner and I were both flustered by the process. Our realtor, who we also think was incredible, told us he really trusts Baron Scarlett, and put us in touch. Immediately we relaxed so much after the first conversation with Baron! He was so thoughtful, communicative, and really good at explaining the steps in the process. We are first-time homebuyers and our timeline was pretty short (3 weeks), so we were really grateful Baron was such a huge help! He walked us through every step of the process, always reminding us to ask about any questions we may have. With all the moving parts of a home-buying process, communication is really really important, and Baron was excellent at keeping in touch and walking us through the process. We are so grateful!
