With a contemporary typeface and the introduction of an icon, the new visual identity presents a modern feel by using a bright green accent while retaining the company’s history with the original Fairway green. The new home icon also features a path which symbolizes the growth and continuous evolution of Fairway while emphasizing the company’s commitment to providing the “Fair way to home ownership.”
Starting out with a staff of only 16 people, Fairway now employs more than 3,000 team members including over 1,000 producers with 250 branches nationwide. The company has helped thousands of Americans achieve their dream of home ownership, funding more than $50 billion in loans since opening their doors and over $11 billion in 2015.
